Description

This acquisition will cover Strap, Chin, Liner, Flyer Helmet, NSN 8475-01-142-7970. This acquisition will be issued on an unrestricted basis. First Article Testing is required. All material is to be contractor furnished. Delivery is FOB Destination and the destination is New Cumberland, PA. Production lead time is 240 days, which includes 90 days to submit First Article Test Samples; 30 days for the government to review the FAT samples, and 120 days for delivery at a rate of 1,500 units per month. Inspection and Acceptance at Origin. The Strap, Chin, Liner, Flyer Helmet shall be in accordance with manufacturer reference/part/dwg number 80C4782. The estimated solicitation release date is 08/20/2010.
