- Description
- The 56th Contracting Squadron, Luke AFB, AZ intends to award a sole source commercial purchase order to SARATECH Inc. 10 Via Corsica, Dana Point, CA 92629-3357 for service maintenance on Solid Edge software for computer aided design/computer aided manufactured (CAD/CAM) system used by the Air Combat Command Detachment. This purchase will be made under simplified acquisition procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1. The anticipated award date is 13 Aug 10. This notice is neither a request for competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. A determination not to compete this proposed requirement is solely at the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The NAICS code for this acquisition is 511210 and the size standard is $25Million.
