- SOW The Naval Air Systems Command Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, Maryland has a requirement for: The firm fixed price contract line item numbers will be as follows: CLIN 0001 - Automated Pressure Control, P/N: CPC-6000 > Supply: AC 100-264ac 50/60 Hz adapter > Digital interface is IEEE-488, RS-232 & Ethernet Channel A: Pump Regulator > Transducer 1 -Range 1: -7 psig to +7 psig; ±0.01% FS Accuracy -Range 2: -3.5 psig to +3.5 psig; ±0.01% FS Accuracy > Transducer 2 -Range 1: -1.5 psig to +1.5 psig; ±0.01% FS Accuracy -Range 2: -0.75 psig to +0.75 psig; ±0.01% FS Accuracy Channel A: HPSVR > Module 2 - high pressure > Transducer 1 -Range 1: 0 to 500 psia; 0.01%IS - 50 Accuracy -Range 2: 0 to 250 psia; 0.01%IS - 50 Accuracy > Transducer 2 -Range 1: 0 to 150 psia; 0.01%IS - 50 Accuracy -Range 2: 0 to 75 psia; 0.01%IS - 50 Accuracy > Integrated Barometric Reference > Includes (2) hardcopies & (2) CD-ROMS's containing operating and maintenance manuals QTY 1 CLIN 0002 - CARRY CASE, P/N: 0017211001 Rugged, non-corrosion material designed for use in industrial and marine environments with handle(s) and wheels for transporting QTY 1 NAWCAD intends to negotiate solely with Measurement Instruments/Mensor Corporatioin the above requirements with an anticipated award date of 20 Aug 2010. The Mensor calibrator's capability of multi-pressure ranges provides a unique capability to meet exacting full spectrum pressure requirments. The use of 110 VAC power to opertre the calibrator guarantees no down time due to loss of battery power. The Government solely for the purpose of determining whether to initiate a competitive procurement will consider all capabilities statements received. Technical capability will be determined solely on the content and merit of the information submitted in response to this provision. Therefore, it is incumbent on the interested party to provide sufficient technical literature, documentation, etc. in order for the Government to make an adequate technical assessment. The Government reserves the right to process the procurement on a sole source basis for this service based upon the responses received. The Government will not pay for any information received.
