This solicitation will acquire the supplies cited herein on an Full And Open Competition After The Exclusion of Sources basis under the statutory authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(b)(1). Government First Article Test is required. Configuration, and Export, Control apply. Production units are FOB point is Destination, Inspection and Acceptance is Origin.
