- STATEMENT OF WORK SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION >The Naval Air Warfare CenterAircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiated on a non-competitive basis with Pamtech Inc for the following items: Clin 0001, 9 each, P/N PTG2017N, P-band Coax Isolators Clin 0002, 11 each, P/N STH2051N, S-band Coax Isolators See attached Statement of Work and Sole Source Justification In accordance with Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations Subpart 227.71-Rights in Technical Data, the following clauses will be referenced in the award of any contract let from this requirement. 227.7102-3 Contract Clause 252.227-7015 Technical Data-Commercial Items As prescribed in 227.7102-3 The Government intends to procure these items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. A determination by the Government not to open the requirement to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
