- Map of NCE Facility SOO Synposis, Solicitation and Instructions for Vendors The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency is issuing a request for quote (RFQ) for mobile/temporary kitchen services in Springfield, Virginia. The contractor shall provide a fully operational mobile kitchen including all kitchen appliances, food storage, electrical hook-ups, plumbing and sanitation, sinks, facility maintenance, structure, assembly and removal. The mobile kitchen must be capable of accomadating two meals per day for approximately 8,500 employee for a period of 11 months while a permenant kitchen and dining facility is being constructed.
