- The Drug Enfocement Administration (DEA) has a requirement for the following: Item 0001: 2" X 6" satin Red Ribbons with finished side edges and jagged top and bottom edges, imprinted with one color (silver), qty of 390,000, see attached image of item with imprint Item 0002: Red rubber (silicone) bracelets, size 7.5 or one size fits most, white writing "Living Drug Free", qty of 32,000, see attached sample image and wording Item 0003: Red glitter pencils, with a one color (white) imprint: qty of 25,000 shall say "Living drug free", qty of 25,000 should say "Drugs are pointless", for a total of 50,000 pencils The items shall be shipped to various addresses. See attached list of addresses and the quantity of items to be shipped to each. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, the Government intends to issue a single firm fixed price purchase order. This requirement is 100% small business set-aside. The following FAR clause is incorporated into this requirement: 52.219-6 Notice of Total Small Business Set-Aside. All sources shall submit a quotation which will be evaluated. Evaluation will be based on 1) Technical capability 2) Delivery. Price will also be considered. All questions and quotes shall be submitted electronically to claire.r.whitley@usdoj.gov. The deadline for questions is 8/3/10 at 12:00noon EST. Question and Answers will be posted as an amendment to this solicitation. Closing date for quotes is 8/12/10 at 12:00noon EST.
