- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at https://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the Internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Naval Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to procure on a competitive basis power analysis tools in a quantity of one (1) each - power analyzer, airmeter w/velocity probe, handheld thermal imager, multimeter, 4 channel scope, scope current probe. Specifications are located in attachment 1. Vendors may quote either the brand name product or its equal as long as the equal meets the above listed salient characteristics. If quoting an equal product, vendors must adequately demonstrate how the offered product meets the required specifications. Failure to do so may result in a quote being deemed unresponsive. This item will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The Government will not issue a written request for quotations as all items are identified in this notice. All items are to be priced destination to Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Delivery shall be no later than 6 months ARO.
