- Justification for other than full and open competition Memo The 325th Contracting Squadron at Tyndall AFB, FL intends to award a sole source to Instron, for Calibration service for Instron's Extend Concrete Tensil Strength Compression Tester and 8 Hour Training session with travel on use and calibration of the Instron's Extend Concrete Tensil Strength Compression Tester. This announcement constitutes the only notice. The reference number is F4ATA40160A001. The NAICS code for this requirement 334519 and the size standard is 500 employees. The purchase will be made under the simplified acquisition procedures, other than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 6.302-1, and Statutory Authority: 10 USC 2304© (1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1 This notice is neither a request from competitive proposals nor a solicitation of offers. The government believes this requirement is sole source. Sources that feel they can satisfy the requirements should notify the points of contact listed below.
