- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) webpage located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) website located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood that FBO is the single point of entry for posting of synopses and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division intends to purchase ten (10) Part NTSC- Color; ten (10) Part NTSC- black & white; twenty (20) Part MF 1B-5458; twenty (20) Part VM2B-5125; five (5) Part 99150562/99150586; twenty (20) Part FB3R-5493; twenty (20) Part FB3R-5557; twenty (20) Part FB3A-5533; five (5) Part IQ177RFQK; Five (5) Part IQ173SBDK; Twenty (20) PRD3002 Kits; Twenty (20)Part PRD2002 Kits. These items will be procured on a sole source basis from Gans & Pugh Associates, Incorporated, 690 Center Street suite 201, Herndon, VA 20170-5019. The resultant contract will be on a Firm Fixed-Price basis. All items shall be delivered, inspected, and accepted FOB destination to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren Division, 17320 Dahlgren Road, Dahlgren, VA 22448-5100 on or before 30 November 2010. All responsible sources must provide a written proposal to demonstrate their ability to meet the purchase specifications. In addition, all sources will be required to demonstrate their ability to meet the required delivery schedule. A Formal Request for Proposal will be issued on or before 18 August 2010. The closing date will be 30 days after issuance. Anticipated award date is on or before 30 September 2010. DFAR 252.211-7003 (Item Identification and Valuation) is applicable to this purchase. DFAR 252.232-7003 (Electronic Submission of Payment Requests and Receiving Reports) is applicable to this purchase. Pricing should be FOB Destination to Dahlgren, VA 22448. Applicable warranty information shall be included. Applicable NAICS code is 334310, 750 employee size standard. In order to be eligible for award, firms must be registered in the Central Contractor Registry (CCR). Offerors may obtain information on registration in the CCR by calling 1-888-227-2423, or via the Internet at http://www.ccr.gov.
