- RECOVERY - The Bureau of Indian Affairs (BIA), Western Regional Office (WRO), on behalf of the Bureau of Indian Education (BIE), is issuing this solicitation for Professional Services (Math Consultant) for the John F. Kennedy School, Cedar Creek Community, Whiteriver, Arizona, located in a semi-remote area of the Fort Apache Indian Reservation, Eastern Arizona, Navajo County. The BIA intends to issue a firm fixed price contract for this service, which is classified under NAICS Code 611710. This solicitation will be available immediately (August 6, 2010). This solicitation is funded by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5, and the contractor shall comply with ARRA statute and all applicable laws, regulations, provisions, policies, procedures, and clauses, including but not limited to, meeting the requirements of Sec. 1512 of the ARRA and other accountability and transparency conditions.
