- ARRA Synopsis RECOVERY - GENERAL SERVICES ADMINISTRATION (GSA) DELIVERY ORDER NOTIFICATION FOR INFORMATION TECHNOLOGY EQUIPMENT AND PERIPHERALS. THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT PROGRAM. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) intends to issue a firm fixed price competitive delivery order to, GSA schedule holders only for the following two items attached. The delivery order will be funded through American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. This is not a request for competitve proposals, nor is a solicitation available. Tis notice provided for informational purposes under the ARRA Program.
