- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY WAS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER: MATOC As part of the Operations and Maintenance, Army, Recover Act, this modificaiton has been issued to HDB Construction, Inc., to perform the following work: Demolish two additional restroom facillities in Overlook Park. The two restrooms sit off the access road to the Overlook Building to the east and west by approximately 200 yards. Demolition and removal of debris of the two additional restroom facilities is to be processed in the same manner as the other restroom facilities.
