- This synopsis is being posted to both the Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) page located at http://www.fbo.gov and the Navy Electronic Commerce on Line (NECO) site located at http://www.neco.navy.mil. While it is understood the FBO is a single point of entry for posting of synopsis and solicitations to the internet, NECO is the alternative in case FBO is unavailable. Please feel free to use either site to access the information posted by the Navy Sea Systems Command. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Virginia, 22448-5110, plans to procure on a sole source basis from L-3 Interstate Electronics Corporation, 3033 Science Park Road, San Diego, CA 92121-1101 (D & B 010312879) the following items: Item 0001: Qty; 2; P/N 530-5100-002; 4002 NTDS Type A/B/C w Fairness. Item 0002: Qty 2; P/N 530-4018-002; 4002 NTDS Type E w Fairness. Vendors shall warrant that the products they supply are new equipment. Quotes based upon FOB destination, complete with delivery dates, warranty information and be registered in Central Contractor Registration (CCR). These items will be acquired utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13). The closing date of 17 August 2010; the anticipated award date is 24 August 2010. THE GOVERNEMENT WILL NOT ISSUE A WRITTEN REQUEST FOR SOLICITATION AS A RESULT OF THIS NOTICE. Electronic quote submission is encouraged to be submitted to alexis.makely@navy.mil or via facsimile at (540) 653-4089. Items shall be delivered to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Dahlgren, Attn: Receiving Officer, 6220 Tisdale Rd., Dahlgren, VA 22448-5114. Please reference N00178-10-Q-2517 on all correspondence.
