- ITEM 0001: Master NSN 4310014743766, IAW PD10WRGBGBEA24,Breathable Air Compressor, is used to charge Self Contained BreathableAir (SCBA) tanks used by crash/rescue personnel and breathing air tanksaboard crash/rescue vehicles. Requirement is for 1 each (1 eaPre-Production Unit and will be part of the production quantity) plusdata associated with the Pre-Production Unit to include technicalmanuals in the basic year. Also included are 4 Option Periods. OptionI is valid for 365 days, 1-5 each; Option II is valid 730 days, 1-5each; Option III is valid 1095 days, 1-5 each; and Option IV is valid1460 days, 1-5 each. Materials: Various.DELIVERY - ITEM 0001: Place of delivery for Pre-Production Unit:FE7000. Pre-Production is due 30 days ARO Approval of Test InspectionReport; Test Plan is due 45 days ARO contract; Test Inspection Report isdue 180 days ARO contract. Delivery of options is 120 days afterexercise of option. Location to be determined.Data/Drawings will be made available online when the RFQ is posted.The approximate RFQ issue date will be 13 August 2010; quotes are due 27August 2010. Electronic procedures will be used for this solicitationat www.fedbizopps.gov only. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE HONORED andno hard copies will be mailed out.Offerors shall prepare their proposals in accordance with mandatory,explicit, and detailed instructions contained in the RFQ. TheGovernment will evaluate past performance utilizing the Past PerformanceInformation Retrieval System (PPIRS). OFFERORS ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGEDTO REVIEW RATINGS IN PPIRS FOR ACCURACY AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. All responsible sources may submit a bid, proposal, or quotation whichshall be considered by the agency.All questions regarding the RFQ and /or the data must be submitted inwriting to Desura.Richardson@robins.af.mil with copy toTara.Odom@robins.af.mil.
