- The Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) intends to negotiate a contract on a sole source basis to Kroll Ontrack, Eden Prairie, MN 55347. This is a One Time Buy to acquire (6) Six each of the PC 6.0 EX Commercial License, PN: 90 PCC60LRE and Software maintenance for 12 months. This software must be compatible with the software that the FBI presently owns. Kroll Ontrack is the sole provider and there is no resellers for this software. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS. However, all responsible parties who identify their interest and capabilities to satisfy this request will be considered. No solicitation will be issued, therefore, all requests for this solicitation will be considered non-responsive. A determination not to compete this action based on responses received is at the sole discretion of the Government. All parties must express their capabilities in writing via email at: mabel.comfort@ic.fbi.gov or be facsimile at: (703)872-5302 within 4 days of the date this notice was published. If no competitive responses are required by 08/12/2010, 4:00 PM ET, an award will be made to Kroll Ontrack.
