- Furnish and deliver various sizes of crushed limestone and sand to Anniston Army Depot, Anniston, Alabama, on an as needed basis as follows: #4 Stone, #57 Stone, Crusher Run, Rip Rap Class #1, and Concrete Grade Sand. Delivery may be made to either outside or inside of the Ammunition Limited Area at Anniston Army Depot. Delivery shall begin no later than 5 calendar day from notification from Directorate of Contracting, Anniston Army Depot. Contractor shall furnish Certification of Scale Calibration. Contractor also shall furnish a Scale Weight Ticket for Each Load delivered. This solicitation is for a base year and 4 option years. This is unrestricted procurement. North American Industry Classification System Code is 423320. This solicitation will be issued electronically in accordance with FAR 4.501, 5.102(a)(7) and 14.205-1(c); therefore hard copies will not be provided. Proposals submitted must be in electronic format as stated in the solicitation. Vendors wishing an electronic copy may download it on or after the issue date by accessing the following address via the internet: http://www.anadprocnet.army.net (Doing Business With Us). Estimated issue date is 16 August 2010. CAUTION: This solicitation will be issued electronically as will any amendments thereto. Because of this, the Government is under no obligation and is, in fact, unable to maintain a bidders mailing list. It is therefore incumbent upon any interested parties to periodically access the above internet address in order to obtain any amendments which may be issued. Failure to obtain any said amendments and to respond to them prior to the date and time set for receipt of proposals may render your proposal non-responsive and result in the rejection of your proposal.
