- The supplemental bulk fuel requirements for the Western Pacific region are F76, JA1, JP5, and JP8. These requirements may increase during the delivery period are detailed as follows: Fuel, Naval Distillate (F76), NSN: 9140-00-273-2377 Specification MIL-DTL-16884L dated October 23, 2006 Quantity: 74,570,000 U.S. Gallons (USG) Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP5), NSN: 9130-00-273-2379 Specification MIL-DTL-5624U, dated January 5, 2004 Quantity: 37,760,000 U.S. Gallons (USG) Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JP8), NSN: 9130-01-031-5816 Specification MIL-DTL-83133E, dated April 11, 2008 Quantity: 43,400,000 U.S. Gallons (USG) Turbine Fuel, Aviation (JA1), NSN: 9130-00-753-5026 Specification UK Defence Standard 91.91 Issue 6, Amd-1, Publication date Aug 25, 2008. Quantity: 79,000,000 U.S. Gallons (USG) Delivery Period for above items is from February 1, 2011, through April 30, 2011, plus a 30-day carry-over period. The 30-day carry-over period allows for delivery of orders placed prior to the end of the ordering period. Solicitation Availability. This solicitation will be available only on the World Wide Web at www.fedbizopps.gov and http://www.desc.dla.mil on or about August 20, 2010. Please be advised that a hard copy of solicitation will not be available. If you intend to submit an offer, you are requested to return a completed and signed Offeror Submission Package to the DLAE bid custodian before the closing date and time. The items under this acquisition may be subject to an Agreement on Government Procurement approved and implemented in the United States by the Trade Agreements Act of 1979.
