- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Contractor to furnish all labor, materials and supplies necessary to plan, coordinate, organize, manage and perform the activities to ensure continued development of hydrodynamic modeling tools necessary to evaluate infrastructure and ecosystem in accordance with current standard in the industry. Work to be accomplished IAW the Performance Work Statement in the solicitation.
