- RFP SPM7MC10R0060 is reopened with amendment 0002. The amendment will be available on Fed Biz Opps on its issue date of 8-6-10. The total quantity is increased from 1007 to 2434 each. Incremental quantities are as follows: 1400-1599 1600-1799 1800-1999 2000-2199 2200-2399 2400-2599 All offers must price the incremental quantities as the Government may make multiple awards. The Government will base the determination of best value on a comparative assessment of the offeror's prices, delivery and past performance. The determination of best value also considers the relative importance of the evaluation factors. Evaluation factors, other than price, when combined are approximately equal to price. The required delivery schedule is: First Article Test Report (CLIN 9907) in 150 days, 110 each in 270 days and 110 each every 30 days thereafter until complete. Closing is extended to 1:00 PM EST, 09-07-10. All offers must be submitted to the DSCC Bid and Abstract Room (DSCC-BPSFG), P.O. Box 3990, Columbus, OH 43218-3990.
