- SF 1449 Solicitation/Contract/Order for Commercial Items Solicitation Map of North Dakota Counties Specifications USDA, Natural Resources Conservation Service in North Dakota is seeking a qualified professional, such a real estate professional licensed and registered in the State of North Dakota, a college level professional or researcher, or individual experienced in local agricultural or rural land statistics to complete a market analysis of agricultural land throughout the State. The qualified professional shall be experienced and knowledgeable of the dynamics of North Dakota agricultural lands. A separate market analysis will be conducted for each county within the State. This information will be compiled into one report. It is anticipated that the market analysis report will be completed and delivered to NRCS by October 22, 2010.
