- List of all items that are required for mobility. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation number F2U3550191AG01 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document incorporated provision and clauses are those effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-37. This solicitation is being issued as HubZone Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 424320 and the size standard of 100 employees. The Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program does not apply. The Defense Priorities and Allocation System (DPAS) does not apply. The requirement is to procure assortment of gear for mobility - requirement is attached. Assortment of Mobility Gear for men and women. Has standard warranty consistent with customary commercial practices. FOB Destination to Luke Air Force Base, Arizona 85309. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors--Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. The evaluation will be based on low price, and technically acceptable offer.The clause at FAR 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition and 52.212-3 Alt I, Offeror Representations and Certifictions-Commercial Items. The clause at FAR 52.212-5 (Dev), Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders--Commercial Items, applies to this solicitation.
