- Description
- The United States Army Mission and Installation Contracting Command Center (MICC) - Yuma, U.S. Army Yuma Proving Ground (USAYPG), AZ, intends to negotiate an extension to a Cost Plus Award Fee (CPAF) contract (W9124R-06-C-0101) on a sole source basis with Pyramid Services Inc. Pyramid Services Inc currently provides Installation Support Services (ISS) in support of the Installation and Management Command (IMCOM) located at USAYPG, AZ. The ISS contract supports the IMCOM mission by providing traditional facilities engineering-type services. The existing contract expires 30 Sep 2010. The modification will consist of one nine-month extension with three additional one-month options for a potential total of 12 months through 30 Sep 2011. This extension is necessary to provide continued support while allowing adequate time to competitively award a follow-on contract and sufficient time for any required transition from the existing contract. THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and no solicitation will be issued.
