- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The solicitation number, W91243-10-T-0020, is issued as a request for quotation. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those that are in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-44. This is a small business set-aside referencing NAICS code 327390 with a size standard of 500 employees. This requirement is for a firm fixed priced contract for the following item. Item 0001, 4 each pre-cast concrete blast bunkers. Dimensions 84 inch high x 144 inch wide, inside x 120 inch deep. Thickness is 9 inch on all sides. Reinforced steel corners for movement stress. Flat sides needed on all sides, no J-hooks or rods required. Conceptual drawings attached. FOB Destination to Mead, NE, zip code 68041. Contractor will deliver and unload bunkers at receiving site. Freight and unloading will be included in each price. Government will award to the technically acceptable, responsive, responsible offeror based on price. The Provision 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions -- Commercial Items, and 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required To Implement Statutes or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items applies to this acquisition. Provision 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items applies to this RFQ and price is the evaluation criteria. All offerors will complete a copy of the provision at 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications -- Commercial Items, with their offer. Offers are due 20 August 2010 no later than 1:00 p.m. CSDT at the USPFO for Nebraska, 1234 Military Rd, Lincoln NE 68508.
