- Dining & Lodging Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for the USCGC MANOWAR's Crew Note: Please see attachments to view this combined synopsis/solicitation in its entirety. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HSCG80-10-Q-P45PC8 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). HSCG80-10-Q-P45PC8 and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 05-43. This requirement is being solicited as a Total Small Business Set-aside using Simplified Acquisition Procedures per FAR Subpart 13. The Small Business Size Standard for NAICS 721110 is $7.0 million. This requirement is for a firm-fixed price contract. The anticipated award date is on or about August 20, 2010. The government intends to award from this solicitation to the responsible vendor whose quote conforming to the solicitation provides the best value. Quotes must arrive no later than 12:00 p.m. (Eastern Time) August 13, 2010. Main Street, Suite 600, Norfolk, VA 23510. E-mailed and Faxed quotations will be accepted and are subject to the same rules as paper quotations.
