- STATEMENT OF WORK SOLE SOURCE JUSTIFICATION The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division, Patuxent River, MD has a requirement for the following items. Clin 0001, 1 each, P/N 100436, Pedestal Junction Box Clin 0002, 1 each, P/N 100437, Computer Console Clin 0003, 1 each, P/N 100438, Console Display Clin 0004, 1 each, P/N 100492-24/12, 12-24 Converter The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Trans-Cal Industries Inc under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. Manufacturer must be Trans-Cal. Alternate products will not be accepted. Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. However, all proposals received by 0800, 17Aug2010 may be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
