- Attachment -Redacted Brand Name Justification (Paintballs) The purpose of this amended synopsis solicitation is to: a. Post the "brand name" justification associated with this requirement (will be posted separately). b. Update the Federal Acquisition Cirular reference number to read "2005-44". c. Update teh DFARS Change Notice reference number to read " 20100802". d. Delete FAR 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Other than Central Contractor Registration. e. Add FAR 52.232-34, Payment by Electronic Funds Transfer--Central Contractor Registration. Responses to this amended notice shall be provided in writing via e-mail to: A1C Joshua Bailey, at joshua.bailey@maxwell.af.mil. All responses shall be received NLT 4:00 p.m Central Daylight Savings Time (CDST) on 9 August 10. Email is the preferred method.
