- This is a combined synopsis / solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and the Simplified Acquisition Procedures of FAR part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number M00318-10-T-0076 is being issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43. This procurement is set-aside 100% for small business concerns. The North American Industry Classifications System (NAICS) code is 562991 and the small business size standard is $7 million. The Regional Contracting Office, Marine Corps Base Hawaii (MCBH) has a requirement for the following: ITEM 0001: Portable Toilet Lease, QTY: 4 each, DESCRIPTION: Lease of portable toilets. ITEM 0002: Service: QTY: 12 Months, DESCRIPTION: Service of Portable Toilet Units. Services include but are not limited to: refilling the soap dispensers, refilling the paper towel dispensers, sanitize all the surfaces inside the portable toilets, pump out the waste and eliminate it in a legal designated location off base, refill the water supply, and disinfect the inside of the portable toilet area. The period of performance for this requirement will be for (1) base year with (4) one year options. Delivery is F.O.B. Destination to Kaneohe Bay, HI 96863 within 5-10 days after receipt of awarded contract. Site visits may be coordinated by contacting the individual listed below. The evaluation criteria in paragraph (a) of this provision has been tailored to read "The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. All responsible sources may submit a quote which shall be considered by the Agency. Award will be made on an "all or none" basis. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards.
