FAR 13.5 has also been included. Closing date remains the same: 13 August 2010, 11:00 A.M., JAPAN STANDARD TIME (JST) Contractors having access to Kadena Air Base are asked to drop in their proposal packages on the said closing date and time duly date stamped in the Bid Box located at Bldg. 99, 18 CONS/LGCA. Interested contractors without access to Kadena Air Base are requested to meet at Gate 2 Pass Office on the closing date 13 August 2010, 10:50 A.M., JST to submit their proposal packages to Rieko Toma.
