- The Air Force District of Washington (AFDW) Acquisition Division, Andrews AFB, intends to award a sole source contract to Gans & Pugh Associates, Inc, 690 Center Street, Herndon VA 20170. AFDW intends to award, an other than full and open competition for the procurement of the following: FREJA Low Light Buttonhole Camera, Color, Qty 50; FREJA Camera Cable Splitter, Qty 50. The anticipated award will be made under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a)(2), Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. No substitution of these products can be accepted. No RFP will be issued based upon this Notice of Intent. A sole source J&A is attached to this notice. Administrative Information: The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 334310. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action, based upon responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
