- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Quotes are being requested, and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. THIS SOLICITATION WILL NOT RESULT IN AN ORDER AGAINST AN FEDERAL SUPPLY SCHEDULE. ANY OFFER WHICH IS PREDICATED UPON THE AWARD BEING PLACED AGAINST AN FSS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. This requirement is a 100% set-aside for Small Business SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: (a) NAICS: 423430 (b) No. of employees: 500 THIS IS A BRAND NAME ACQUISITION FOR UPTIME SOFTWARE MAINTENANCE. JUSTIFICATION FOR BRAND NAME: In an effort to ensure we are meeting customer expectations as outlined in our Service level agreements, we must have monitoring software on all servers that are within the Data Center. Uptime software is proprietary and as such is the sole manufacturer and distributor. REQUIREMENT: Description /MFG. Part Number QTY Unlimited Client Support Services/UT-SUPP 75 Period of Performance - September 28, 2010 - 30 Jun 2011 Maintain 75 unlimited support licenses for Unlimited Technical Support and 7 x 24 Client Care Portal Access. Price(s) should be FOB Destination (Robins AFB GA 31098). In addition to price and delivery, quote should include your cage code, DUNS number, and taxpayer ID number. Requested delivery date is 30 days ARO or earlier.
