Description

The Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWCAD), Patuxent River, MD intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with Modern Machine & Tool Co. Inc (OEM)for the following: Clin 0001, 1 each, P/N 2018N, Strain Gaging and Calibration of Six-Component Balance per drawing LC-1082821. Calibration to include 6 X 27 Matrix and Report. Vendor must be Modern Machine & Tool Co Inc. The Government intends to procure the above items under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), FAR 6.302-1. The Government does not own current data, drawings or other specifications to permit full and open competition. A determination by the Government not to open the requirements to competition based upon the response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
