- Solicitation N00421-10-T-9901 is issued as a request for quote. The Government intends to purchase on a firm fixed-price basis and to solicit and negotiate the proposed purchase order on a sole source basis with Advanced Technologies Inc, for the line items listed below, under the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1. The contract line item numbers and descriptions are: Clin 0001, 1 each, Fuselage Model Clin 0002, 1 each, Cylinder Model Clin 0003, 1 each, Flat Plate Model Shipping FOB Destination to 20670 Award is expected to be 08/20/2010. Delivery is expected within 13 weeks ARO (Clin 0001) and 8 weeks ARO (Clins 0002 and 0003). Interested person may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received by 08/12/2010 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon the responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The Government will not pay for any information received.
