- Description
- The National Capital Region Contracting Center (NCRCC) on behalf of the Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense, Networks and Information Integration, Command and Control Research Program, Washington, DC 20442-0001, intends to award a sole source Professional Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services contract to Parity Communication Inc., 25 Craftsland Road, Chestnut Hill, MA, 02467-2678. The contractor is to provide services that are critical to the agencys mission. The Government intends to solicit and negotiate the required services with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302-1(a) (ii) (B). This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, the Government will consider all capability statements received by 10:00 A.M., 09 August 2010. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition would be advantage by the Government in future procurements. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
