- The U.S. Military Academy at West Point, NY intends to award a sole source purchase order to Kern Electronics & Lasers, Inc. for an upgrade to our Kern Gantry Laser Machine. The Statutory Authority for other than full and open competition is 10U.S.C.2304(c)(1), only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The applicable Naics code is 333298 with a size standard of 500 employees. All Responses from responsible sources will be considered. This notice of intent is not a request for Quotations.
