Description

This is not a request for quote; this is a notice of the government's intent to award a firm fixed price contract on a sole source basis to Axiom International, 1805 Drew Street, Clearwater, Florida 33765, pursuant to FAR PART 6.302-1(a) (2), only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency’s requirements. Washington Headquarters Service, Acquisition Directorate intends to renew maintenance for the software program sold as MicroStation Productivity Toolkit. Axiom International is the sole developer and distributor of the software sold as MicroStation Productivity Toolkit. In addition, Axiom is the sole provider of support services for this product. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotations, however interested parties may identify their interests and capability to respond to this requirement by 2:00 PM, EST on August 12, 2010 by e-mail to florence.kasule@whs.mil. A determination by the Government not to compete the contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
