- Statement of Work This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 12.6, in conjunction with FAR 13.5, and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a separate Request for Proposal (RFP) will not be issued. The solicitation number is 10TC721 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-43 and DFARS change notice 20100802. This purchase is restricted to 100% Small Business concern. The NAICS code is 423840 and the size standard is 500 employees. This is requirement is for purchase of teardown and removal of existing mezzanine and installation of a pallet racking for the 802 LRS. Please state discount terms and note your warranty information. Please see attached Statement of Work (SOW), and CLIN Format for Bid. The contractor shall provide the following items: ITEM 0001: QTY: 90 U/I: EA DESCRIPTION: TEAR DOWN EXISTING CAT WALK SHELVING. TEAR DOWN DUNDBLE STRAP AND HAUL AWAY. ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT BY OTHERS. WRC TO PROVIDE ALL REQUIRED EQUIPMENT FOR SAFE TEAR DOWN. ITEM 0002: QTY: 135 U/I: EA DESCRIPTION: NEW MECALUX ROW SPACER 12", PAINTE BLUE. ITEM 0003: QTY: 840 U/I: EA DESCRIPTION: NEW MECALUX TEAR DROP BEAMS 108"X41" CAPACITY: 5060 LBS PER PAIR PAINTED ORANGE ITEM 0004: QTY: 672 U/I: EA DESCRIPTION: NEW WIRE DECKS 36"X52"WATERFALL FRONT AND REAR CAPACITY: 2500 LBS, POWDER COAT PAINT GREY ITEM 0005: QTY: 1 U/I: EA DESCRIPTION: INSTLLATION INCLUDES SUPPLY OF 180 ANCHORS1/2"X4 1/2". WIRE DECKS FOR UPPER 4 BEAM LEVLES, NO WIRE DECKS ON BEARMS AT GROUND LEVEL. ITEM 0006: QTY: 1 U/I: EA DESCRIPTION: FREIGHT: QUOTED PRICE INCLUDES DISASSEMBLY AND HAULING AWAY OF EXISTING MEZZANINE, CONVEYORS, AND STAIRS (APPROVED FORM 332 (#39502) FOR DISCONNECTING ELECTRIAL. ESTIMATED WEIGHT: 54690 LBS FOB: Delivery Destination to 1865 Selfridge Ave Bldg 5160, LAFB TX 78236-5287 The quote should include descriptive literature and drawings and must be effective through 30 Sep 10. FAR 52.212-2 Evaluation of Commercial Items (Jan 1999) applies; quotes will be evaluated based on most advantageous to the Government, price, and other factors considered. The following factor shall be used to evaluate quotes: Lowest price technically acceptable. To be eligible to receive an award resulting from this RFQ, contractors must have current registration in the DoD Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and Online Representations and Certifications Application (ORCA) database at http://orca.bpn.gov. If 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certifications--Commercial Items have been completed online at http://orca.bpn.gov, provide DUNS code. FOB Destination is required.
