- The Air force intends to solicit and issue a sole source contract to CAST Navagation LLC, under the authority of FAR 6.302-1 (a)(2) for the following services: The contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment, test equipment, materials, personal protective equipment (PPE), hearing and eye protection, including prescription safety glasses, lifting equipment and devices, transportation and other incidentals necessary to tavel to Tinker AFB, OK to perform Preventive and Remedial Maintenance (PM/RM) on CAST 3000-L 10 EGI Tester. The contractor shall be responsible for insuring all services and parts provided under this contract are in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined herein and conform to the manufacturer's equipment specifications and the Performance Work Statement (PWS). Equipment is listed in Appendix A. A commercial Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract with a Time and Materials Line Item is contemplated. The proposed Basic Period of Performance is: 12 Sep 2010 - 11 Sep 2011 The proposed Option I Period of Performance is: 12 Sep 2011 - 11 Sep 2012 The proposed Option II Period of Performance is: 12 Sep 2012 - 11 Sep 2013 The estimated award date is 27 Aug 2010. Central Contractor Registration (CCR) is required to receive any award. Contractors can register electronically at http://www.ccr.gov. ORCA registration is also required and contractor can register electronically at https//orca.bpn.gov. The NAICS code for this requirement is 811219 with a size standard of $7M.
