- This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION in accordance with the information in FAR Subpart 12.6, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This combinedSynopsis/solicitation Shall be posted on NECO http://www.neco.navy.mil The government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302 for this procurement action. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, or submit quotes or proposals and capability statements. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotes or proposals. However, all quotes or proposals received before the closing date of this RFQ will beconsidered by the government. The Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Port Hueneme, CA intends to procure the following items. Description:Circuit CardP/N: BU-65528M1Quantity: 19 eachNo substitutes The government reserves the right to award on an all or nothing, or partial basis. This requirement is SOLE SOURCED to: Data Device Corporation as the only source that can produce the item and holds proprietary rights.
