- RECOVERY - THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THISOPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO EARTH RESOURCES TECHNOLOGY (ERT) UNDER CONTRACTNNJ08JB01C FOR ENVIRONMENTAL SERVICES AT THE JOHNSON SPACE CENTER (JSC), HOUSTON, TX,AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF 2009. JSC intends to issue Task Order 28 Revision 2 to deobligate excess funds that wereachieved due to efficiencies. In addition, Modification 122 will be issued to deobligate the funds from Task Order 28. Oral Communications are not acceptable in response to this notice. This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only. All questions and/or concerns must be submitted in writing to the points of contactcontained herein. An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note 'B'.
