- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is F1A3C50152A005. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. The North American Industry Classification System code is 325611 with a business size standard of 750 Employees. The proposed contract is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. BRAND NAME OR EQUAL QTY: 30 Each UNIT PRICE: _________, EXTENDED AMOUNT: ____________. LINE ITEM 0003: ECOLAB PRODUCT# 14895; AQUA-SOFT. INSPECTON AND ACCEPTANCE TERMS: Items shall be priced FOB destination. Items shall be accepted at 130 McChord St, Bolling AFB, Washington D.C. 20032. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation and price is determined most advantageous to the Government in accordance with the requirement. Only those offerors determined to be in compliance with the requirements as stated in this solicitation will be considered for award. If offering an equal product, interested parties must submit clear and convincing descriptive literature demonstrating the capabilities to satisfy the requirement specified above. FAR 52.212-3, "Offeror Representations and Certifications-Commercial Items" applies to this acquisition and offeror(s) must include, a completed copy with its offer.
