- Sources Sought This Sources Sought/Market Survey is seeking interested small business concerns for competitive consideration. The 55th Contracting Squadron, Offutt AFB, NE is conducting a market survey to determine the sizes and types of small business concerns available for a firm fixed-price contract. This will be for the purchase of McAfee Firewall Enterprise 2100F (brand name or equal) with related hardware and software. The NAICS code is 334210 with an SBA Size Standard of 1,000 employees. Prospective firms should notify this office of their interest in this notice and must indicate their company size and provide descriptive literature or other documentation. Responses to this Sources Sought should be submitted electronically via e-mail addressed to mary.thomsen@offutt.af.mil. Responses should include the following: (1) Identification of company size status, certifications, i.e., 8(a), HUBZone, SDVOSB, or if you are a small business, a self-certification; (2) If you are a Section 8(a), HUBZone, or SDVOSB firm considering a joint venture, you will need to provide proof that this consideration has been forwarded to the appropriate SBA office for approval; (3) Proof of experience and capability. NOTE: This is not a request to be placed on a solicitation mailing list nor is it a Request for Proposal, or an announcement of a solicitation. Submissions must be received no later than 11:59 p.m. Central Standard Time on Sunday, August 15, 2010. Responses shall be limited to ten (10) pages. The Government will not pay for any material provided in response to this market survey nor return the data provided. The results of this survey will be considered to be in effect for a period of one year from the date of this notice.
