- This is an amendment to the combined synopsis/solicitation number W9124Q-10DVCS for commercial items for the Digital Vibration Control System. The revised proposal structure shall consist of four Contract Line Item Numbers (CLINs). CLIN 0001, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Digital Vibration Control System (DVCS) with Documentation NSP; (CLIN) 0002, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Extended 3-year software updates and maintenance agreement; (CLIN) 0003, Option FY11, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Digital Vibration Control System (DVCS); and (CLIN) 0004, Option FY11, Quantity: 01, Unit of Issue: Each, Description: Extended 3-year software updates and maintenance agreement. On CLINs 0003 and 0004, these are Subject to Availability of FY11 funding. The following FAR and DFAR Clauses and Provisions are hereby added and incorporated by reference and apply to this acquisition. FAR 52.217-7, Option for Increased Quantity Separately Priced Line Item, FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds, and DFAR 252.232-7007, Limitation of Governments obligation. The government reserves the right to award on an all, partial, or none basis. The response date for this requirement is extended to no later than 10:00 AM (MST) on August 11, 2010. All required submittals are due electronically to Gloria Rios at gloria.i.rios@us.army.mil, no later than 10:00 AM (MST) on August 11, 2010.
