- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, and supervision necessary to establish a Indefinite-delivery Indefinite-quantity contract to convert or repair Dinning Facilities and A-1- Buildings to classrooms at Fort McCoy, Wisconsin with a base period and two one-year government options. This solicitation is set aside to competition within an 8 (a) business concerns under NAICS 236220 with a small business standard of $33.5 Million. This procurement will be solicited in accordance with Sealed Bidding procedures of FAR Part 14. The Invitation for Bid will be available electronically at http://www.fbo.gov on or about August 23, 2010. Bids are tentatively due on Sept 23, 2010 1:00 PM (see solicitation for verification). A site visit is tentatively scheduled for August 30th 10:00 (see solicitation for verification). The magnitude of this project is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000.
