- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43, Effective 02 Aug 2010 and DFARS Current to DCN 20100713 (Amended) Edition. This requirement is a 100% SMALL BUSINESS set-aside acquisition. NAICS Code 333992. Size standards are 500 employees. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) 3699 applies to the procurement. This RFQ has five (5) line items. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) type purchase order is anticipated. All items are BRAND NAME or EQUAL. Item 0003, One (1) each, Z Stage Mechanical with T Slot/Groove Plate, Part Number: 608-395, Manufacturer: LaserStar Technologies Corporation. Item 0004, One (1) each, Motion Device Rotation Module Standard (Marker-CAD2) Motorixed rotation cube with adjustable chuck/fixture software compatible: ATLAS CAD2, Part Number: 638-300, Manufacturer: LaserStar Technologies Corporation. Item 0005, One (1) each F-Theta Lens 254mm/ EP 20mm (To be used with 538-35XX and 538-38XX Systems), Part Number: 408-2473-245, Manufacturer: LaserStar Technologies Corporation. Offers will be evaluated using the following evaluation factors, technically acceptable, price, past performance and small disadvantaged business participation. Technical and past performance, when combined, are approximately equal when compared to price.
