- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY ISAVAILABLE ONLY TO ANADARKO INDUSTRIES, LLC, UNDER TIME AND MATERIAL CONTRACT NNJ09JA01CTO PROVIDE SAFETY AND FIRE PROTECTION SERVICES TO SUPPORT NATIONAL AERONAUTICS AND SPACEADMINISTRATIONS (NASA) JOHNSON SPACE CENTER (JSC) IN ACCOMPLISHING ITS INSTITUTIONALSAFETY PROGRAM OBJECTIVES AUTHORIZED UNDER THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT OF2009.NASA JSC intends to modify Task Order 4 via modification 35 against the already existingTime and Material contract to decrease task order value and de-obligate funding in theamount of $5,728.48. This modification does not serve to decrease the scope of this task order, but to remove task order value and funds that are in excess of the amountsnecessary to complete the required work.Oral communications are not acceptable in response to this notice.This announcement will not result in a Request for Proposal; this announcement is forinformational purposes only. All questions and/or concerns must be submitted in writingto points of contact contained herein.An Ombudsman has been appointed. See NASA Specific Note B.
