- The Marine Corps Systems Command (MCSC) has a requirement for or reasons office furniture to include non-personal support services (design and installation) in support of Facilities, Services and Supply, Quantico, VA. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this requirement is 337214. This procurement is being set a-side 100% for small businesses. The proposed contract type will be Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ), Firm Fixed Price (FFP) to include labor hours for non-personal support services. For greater detail refer to the upcoming solicitation that will be posted on Navy Electronic Commerce On-line (NECO) by approximately 13 August 2010. PLEASE DO NOT CONTACT THE GOVERNMENT VIA TELEPHONE AS THE GOVERNMENT CANNOT ENTERTAIN ANY QUESTIONS/CONCERNS/CLARIFICATIONS REGARDING THIS REQUIREMENT SINCE IT IS IN A COMPETITIVE ENVIRONMENT. To be eligible for award, offerors shall be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database and shall be registered in Wide Area Workflow (WAWF) electronic invoicing system. Offerors must furnish their DUNS (Duns and Bradstreet) number, cage code, and tax identification numbers along with proposal submissions. Failure to submit this information may result in your proposal being considered non-responsive. Please be advised that submission of electronic proposals and/or questions/clarification requests is subject to the firewalls at Quantico. It is the offerors responsibility for ensuring that all required documents are received electronically by the Contracting Office. This request for proposal does not commit the Government to award any contractual action for this procurement described herein nor to pay any costs associated with your proposal preparation.
