- THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. THE PROPOSED ACTION WILL BE A TASK ORDER ISSUED AGAINST THE EXISTING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SERVICES CONTRACT IN PLACE FOR THE THOMAS S. FOLEY COURTHOUSE, SPOKANE, WASHIGNTON TO ACQUIRE OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE SUPPORT SERVICES. THE SERVICES ARE BEING OBTAINED IN SUPPORT OF THE AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) FUNDED DESIGN BUILD CONSTRUCTION MODERNIZATION PROJECT AT THE BUILDING. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS ONLY AVAILABLE TO THE EXISTING OPERATIONS AND MAINTENANCE CONTRACTOR AT THE THOMAS S. FOLEY UNITED STATES FEDERAL COURTHOUSE, SPOKANE, WASHINGTON. This is not a request for quotations. The Design and Construction Division, Northwest Arctic Region, General Services Administration (GSA), desires to obtain operations and maintenance support services for the Thomas S. Foley United States Federal Courthouse Recovery-funded project. The resultant task order will be issued against the existing operations and maintenance contract (GS-10P-03-LD-D-0089) which was awarded using competed acquisition procedures.
