- Combined Synopsis/Solicitation This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as Request for Quotation (RFQ) and the reference number is F1A3C50166A001. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-43. The North American Industry Classification System code is 333312 with a business size standard of 500 Employees. The proposed contract is 100% Set-Aside for Small Business. CONTRACT LINE ITEMS: LINE ITEM 0001: UNIMAC WASHER EXTRACTOR (UX55-PV) SOFT DESIGN 418 G FORCE EXTRACTION, ULTRA SOFT WASH, PROGRESS DISPLAY INTELL DRIVE SYSTEM Washers ----- 55lb capacity Stainless steel body front and sides washers with automatic supply injection of detergent, bleach, softener, rapid jet spray rinse and programmable wash cycle length with high g-force extraction of 300 plus, microprocessor controls four fast fill inlet valves and water reuse system for water saving efficiency. 1. Washers are to be industrial grade front load systems; automatic soap, bleach, softener system. 2. Washers need the 4 jet fast fill system to cut fill time for the washer. 3. Jet spray rinse is a combination of water reuse circulation and forcing soap, softener and dirt out of the fabric. 4. The washer needs to provide 15+ preset cycles to provide for the different size loads, fabrics and wash times to save energy and water and high power water extraction of G- force 300+ to cut drying time by 30-40% saving time and energy. Dryers are to be industrial grade front load systems; ------ 75 lbs capacity dryers W/Combustion auto response equipment, a fire suppression system and microprocessor controls. Dimensions 38" 5/8 Width 53" Depth 76"5/8 Ht ELECT AND STEAM MODEL ENERGY EFFICENT DESIGNS BUMPER KICK PLATE, REVERSIBLE DOOR, SELF CLEAN LINT SYSTEM, PROGRAMMABLE CONTROL WITH FIRE SUPPRESSION SYSTEM, BRAND NAME OR EQUAL QTY: 3 Each UNIT PRICE: $_________, EXTENDED AMOUNT: $_________.
