- Marine Corp Base Hawaii - Kaneohe Bay is soliciting for Corrugated Plastic; anticipated 2,000 units per year. This requirement is being issued as a synopsis for commercial items in accordance with FAR 5.203, as supplemented with additional information included in the solicitation. The solicitation will be issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ) M00318-10-T-0070. The contract type will be a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract with a base and four option years. Provisions and clauses in effect through the latest Federal Acquisition Circulars are included in the solicitation. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns. Applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 326199 with a small business size standard of 500 employees. The government prefers FOB Destination pricing to Tracy, CA 95376-5000. Requirements and evaluation procedures are listed in the attached solicitation, which is required to be completely filled out and returned before the solicitation close date of 10 Aug 2010, 1:00 pm (HST).
